About the role

  • Build and manage the global sales network for our composite products
  • Acquire new customers and nurture existing client relationships
  • Maintain direct contact and a collaborative partnership with leading companies in the fiber-reinforced composites industry
  • Identify market and technology trends and derive new business opportunities
  • Present our product line at international trade shows and during customer meetings – in German and English
  • Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial contracts
  • Actively contribute to product strategy and market development
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with specialist departments

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering or Business Administration
  • Relevant professional experience in sales (ideally in plant engineering) and enthusiasm for developing new business areas
  • Good knowledge of lightweight construction and composite/fiber-reinforced material technologies, or strong motivation to develop expertise in this future-focused field
  • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
  • High self-motivation, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 80%)
