About the role
- Build and manage the global sales network for our composite products
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing client relationships
- Maintain direct contact and a collaborative partnership with leading companies in the fiber-reinforced composites industry
- Identify market and technology trends and derive new business opportunities
- Present our product line at international trade shows and during customer meetings – in German and English
- Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial contracts
- Actively contribute to product strategy and market development
- Work closely and cross-functionally with specialist departments
Requirements
- University degree or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales Engineering or Business Administration
- Relevant professional experience in sales (ideally in plant engineering) and enthusiasm for developing new business areas
- Good knowledge of lightweight construction and composite/fiber-reinforced material technologies, or strong motivation to develop expertise in this future-focused field
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- High self-motivation, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 80%)
