About the role

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting
  • Provide HR administrative support for operations, including edits in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Assist with new hire administration and orientation
  • Manage benefits administration and enrollment during open enrollment
  • Conduct SuccessFactors audits, uploads and data administration
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
  • Assist HR team members with tasks and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years experience OR 8 or more years Human Resources experience in lieu of a degree
  • Broad knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERPS systems such as SAP (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of HR related laws
