About the role
- Research opportunities and contacts in both traditional media outlets and other media platforms
- Use research to build media contacts list
- Write news releases and press kits
- Assist with the development and execution of publicity campaigns
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of an employee communications survey
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee morning talk show
Requirements
- Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Have completed at least two years of study by the internship start date
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong writing, research, and editing skills
- Writing experience with both AP and Chicago style.
