• Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team across content, design, growth, and brand marketing.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across all channels (digital ads, sponsorships, events, etc.).
• Lead data-driven, performance-oriented marketing campaigns that consistently deliver qualified inbound MQL pipelines.
• Scale organic growth channels (SEO, content, community, social).
• Develop and execute ABM, lifecycle, and pipeline marketing strategies to nurture enterprise accounts through personalized outreach.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, programmatic) for maximum cost efficiency.
• Run rapid experiments with emerging AI-native GTM strategies to stay ahead of marketing trends.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams for new feature launches, GTM initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with Product Marketing to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Own performance tracking, reporting, and funnel analytics (MQL → SQL → Deals) with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
