About the role

  • Analyze internal and benchmark TA data to identify insights and opportunities for process and outcome improvements
  • Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on the performance of existing plans
  • Procure data and generate reports upon request via ATS and related systems, in partnership with other internal reporting/analytics resources
  • Identify and help resolve data integrity issues to enhance confidence in analysis and decisions
  • Coordinate TA benchmarking using metrics to measure comparative efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain key TA performance dashboards and leadership reports
  • Translate recruitment knowledge and practices into relevant data/metrics/reports, and vice versa
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
  • Translate complex data into business-relevant insights
  • Collaborate with various peer and customer teams (TA teams, People Services, HRIS, HITS, Marketing, etc.) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence with a focus on HR or Talent Acquisition data
  • 1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems (Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred)
  • Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred.
