• Manage a pool of Project Managers responsible for scheduling and work order execution.
• Ensure adherence to established processes for resource scheduling, work order creation, and inventory triggers.
• Provide coaching and oversight to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Associate Directors and Vendor Strategy Manager to confirm vendor capacity aligns with anticipated sales order volume.
• Oversee tactical deployment of vendors and ensure readiness for installation projects across multiple markets.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Project Managers regarding resource conflicts, scheduling challenges, or process roadblocks.
• Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, Supply Chain and Field Operations to align execution timelines with client activation milestones.
