Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other paid channels.
• Manage and continuously improve the full acquisition funnel, from targeting to landing page optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to improve CAC, ROAS and other KPIs.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to develop high-impact assets and track performance.
• Allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on spend.
• Be responsible for Google Ads and Meta Business Portfolio accounts health and performance.
• Constantly communicate with the sales teams, get feedback on the leads’ quality and improve the ads/channel performance if necessary
• Track and report key metrics, providing weekly and monthly performance summaries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
