About the role
- Define the SBOM (Spare Parts Bill of Materials)
- Define spare parts
- Manage the spare parts list
- Handle component and assembly changes
- Create spare parts catalogs and publish them to the MyLiebherr catalog / LIDOS documentation system
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations to illustrate and clarify technical content
- Provide support to internal and external customers via a hotline
- Collaborate with the various departments involved in the project
- Inform, delegate and coordinate tasks within customer service related to change management
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) or equivalent in mechanical design and/or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
- Knowledge of PTC Creo, CAD, MS Office, PLM Windchill, Isodraw and ERP systems (BaaN, InforLN, SAP)
- Minimum English level B1 required; German is a plus
- Clear communication skills and active listening
