• Lead the non-destructive testing (NDT) activities and NDT technologies of the Treatment segment
• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to diverse employee groups with varying qualifications
• Organize and optimize the deployment of personnel, machinery, materials and equipment
• Monitor and ensure fulfillment of the production program across multiple manufacturing sections or foreman areas with different complex technologies
• Project management for the design and redesign of work systems and production processes and the introduction of new technologies
• Budget planning and ensuring cost control
• Ensure delivery performance, adherence to schedules and quality according to economic criteria
• Further develop the segment's quality management system
