About the role
- Design and sale of retrofit solutions for mobile and crawler cranes
- Preparation of spare parts and wear-part recommendations
- Reconfiguration of mobile and crawler cranes
- Testing retrofit assemblies for compatibility with equipment
- Conducting technical and commercial advisory consultations
- Quotation and order processing, including project tracking
- Supporting sales departments, branches and trade partners in the area of retrofits
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Alternatively: further training as a business/operations specialist (Fachwirt/Betriebswirt) with a strong technical affinity
- Solid technical knowledge of our entire product range
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office programs
- Negotiation skills and a confident manner
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as pronounced problem-solving skills
- Commitment, high motivation and ability to work in a team
