About the role
- Lead, both functionally and disciplinarily, of a cross-company and cross-country team
- Develop, implement and further evolve the project management vision and strategy
- Point of contact for division management and project stakeholders
- Operational leadership of selected strategic projects
- Organize the project portfolio board in collaboration with the Business Analysis team
- Continuously optimize project management to ensure efficient project delivery
- Coach and develop project managers
- Plan and manage internal and external resources
- Disciplinary leadership of the team as well as administrative management
- Responsible for resource, cost and budget planning
- Contribute to strategic topics and serve as a member of the extended leadership circle of the IT Shared Service
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in staff leadership, project execution, requirements analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
- Project management certification according to IPMA, PMI (PMP) or PRINCE2
- Knowledge of IT project management with the HERMES methodology is desirable
- Good knowledge of requirements analysis, project management tools and IT consulting
- Business fluent German and English
- Competencies in project and process management, international communication, facilitation and analysis
- Willingness to travel
