About the role

  • Lead, both functionally and disciplinarily, of a cross-company and cross-country team
  • Develop, implement and further evolve the project management vision and strategy
  • Point of contact for division management and project stakeholders
  • Operational leadership of selected strategic projects
  • Organize the project portfolio board in collaboration with the Business Analysis team
  • Continuously optimize project management to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Coach and develop project managers
  • Plan and manage internal and external resources
  • Disciplinary leadership of the team as well as administrative management
  • Responsible for resource, cost and budget planning
  • Contribute to strategic topics and serve as a member of the extended leadership circle of the IT Shared Service

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or Industrial Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in staff leadership, project execution, requirements analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Project management certification according to IPMA, PMI (PMP) or PRINCE2
  • Knowledge of IT project management with the HERMES methodology is desirable
  • Good knowledge of requirements analysis, project management tools and IT consulting
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Competencies in project and process management, international communication, facilitation and analysis
  • Willingness to travel
