About the role
- Project management and independent leadership of construction projects during the planning and execution phases
- Supervision of construction works with respect to costs, schedules and quality, including review and verification of billing for completed work
- Change order and claims management
- Coordination of internal and external design/engineering services
- Participation in building requirements assessments
- Representation of the client toward specialist planners and contracting companies
- Identification of cost-saving and optimization potential
Requirements
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline (preferred)
- Experience in project management for turnkey construction projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of construction law and construction contract law
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and experience using a CAD system
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; French skills are an advantage
- Confident and persuasive manner, with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel
