About the role
- Independent planning and organization of internal and external training sessions
- Independent handling of HR development projects
- Support in the rollout/implementation of new talent development tools
- Contribution to the implementation of talent management processes
- Preparation of reports and training evaluations
- Participation in day-to-day operational activities and acting as a point of contact for training and development topics
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on business administration, psychology, adult education, social economics, or a comparable field of study
- Prior experience or knowledge in HR development is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Initiative and flexibility
- Good command of English
