About the role
- Assistance with inbox processing
- Handling customer and business partner emails (ticketing system)
- Forwarding tickets to the appropriate specialist departments
- Reviewing and assessing inquiries and case details
- Assisting with the preparation of customer service billing
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a college/university (m/f/d), regardless of field of study
- You have a meticulous working style combined with logical reasoning skills
- High level of personal responsibility and reliability
- You enjoy working on a PC and have very good MS Office skills and a strong affinity for IT
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken, are required
- For a working student position, willingness to work at least 15 hours per week (flexible scheduling Monday to Friday between 6:30 and 19:00)
