About the role
- Support in consulting and lean projects within the Components division (10 sites worldwide)
- Support in digitization initiatives related to Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory
- Preparation and support of strategic and operational workshops
- Independently handle current tasks with the flexibility to shape and develop them
- Further development of standards, methods and processes
- Creation of presentations and training materials
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of production systems, digitization and Lean Management is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Enjoy working independently
