Solutions Engineer

• Own the end-to-end MDG solution design and architecture for Business Partner and Material Master, ensuring alignment with Liebherr’s global data model and SAP S/4HANA template
• Lead and coordinate global MDG deployments across multiple entities, promoting process harmonization and master data standardization
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and stewardship processes in collaboration with the Center of Data Excellence
• Design and support integrations between SAP MDG, S/4HANA, and satellite systems (CRM, EWM, PLM, legacy systems), ensuring accurate data synchronization and distribution
• Collaborate with development teams to define and manage WRICEF objects, data migration strategies, and change requests related to master data
• Provide guidance across all project phases: blueprint, realization, testing, cutover, go-live, and post go-live support
• Support release and change management processes, ensuring stable and compliant deployments of MDG enhancements
• Act as a trusted advisor for MDG topics within the global S/4HANA transformation, mentoring internal teams and sharing best practices
• Ensure all the solution designs and decisions are documented using JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools)
• Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support global rollouts.
