About the role
- Preparation of cost, revenue and performance planning in close coordination with the production schedule
- Validation, calculation and analysis of manufacturing costs along the entire value chain
- Conducting target-actual comparisons as well as in-depth variance analyses with derivation and tracking of appropriate control measures
- Development, enhancement and automation of reports, dashboards and analytical tools for transparent tracking of manufacturing costs
- Participation in the optimization and digitization of controlling processes – particularly in cost accounting and costing
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses to evaluate preliminary product results and support management decision-making
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in revenue and manufacturing cost controlling as well as classical controlling
- Excellent skills in creating, developing and automating dashboards and reports – especially with MS Power BI
- Strong interest in implementing and executing modern reporting structures as well as actively shaping digitization projects in controlling
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret and visualize complex data and business metrics in a target-group-oriented manner
- Confident handling of ERP systems (ideally Infor LN) and a good understanding of IT-related controlling processes
- Strong communication skills, willingness to innovate and confident presence in dialogue with specialist departments and management
- Very good German and English skills.
