About the role
- Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent
- Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow-up
- Engage team members and build a respectful and inclusive environment
- Lead customer service strategies to achieve sales targets and resolve customer feedback
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for a safe work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a computer and use relevant software programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
- Ability to work unsupervised.
