About the role
- Participate actively in investment committee meetings and decision-making processes.
- Effectively communicate program objectives and constraints to clients and advisors, ensuring a clear understanding of expectations.
- Develop and implement effective hedging and overlay strategies in collaboration with advisors.
- Serve as a key resource for advisors on Lido’s defined outcomes and concentrated stock programs.
- Contribute to the management and optimization of Lido’s defined outcome programs, concentrated stock programs, and private funds.
- Assist in the development of new options-based products to enhance our offerings.
- Provide regular updates and reports directly to the firm’s Chief Investment Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with complex options structures.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in options pricing models including Black-Scholes-Merton (BSM), Put-Call Parity (PCP), and Binomial pricing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and advisors in a clear, approachable, and relatable manner.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
