About the role

  • Directs and supports a team responsible for the safe, compliant, timely and on-budget execution of field services, construction, and maintenance
  • Overseeing the definition and implementation of operations & maintenance manual and associated procedures
  • Ensures compliance to O&M, Federal and State Laws, local mandates, Safety and Regulatory requirements
  • Direct liaison for company in all aspects of communication with City & Town Municipalities
  • Maintains a safe, reliable & efficient distribution system through proper management of resources, workload and prioritization
  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives and meeting expectations and performance targets
  • Provide positive leadership and direction to direct/indirect support

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in natural gas utilities or a related industry (e.g., oil & gas, construction, etc.)
  • 5+ years of people and team leadership experience driving team performance, engagement, and accountability
  • Thorough knowledge of diverse business functions and principles, particularly regulatory and compliance guidelines
