About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Liberty clients and customers accessing the company by telephone or email
  • Serve as the first point of customer contact for all inbound and outbound customer support
  • Represent the company and customer service philosophy with integrity
  • Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist customers according to company policies
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide accurate information regarding Liberty services and guidelines
  • Communicate with field and office personnel for routine and emergency situations
  • Learn to process customer contacts promptly and respond respectfully and professionally
  • Diagnose and resolve delinquent accounts and assist with payment arrangements
  • Respond to emergencies and expedite restoration of services.
  • Field after hours call outs and handle emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification required
  • Experience in Customer Service required
  • Requires excellent telephone etiquette, verbal communication, and customer relation skills
  • Must possess organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, in addition to an aptitude for math
  • Requires proficient computer skills for data entry, reporting, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
