Serve as the primary point of contact for a major North American network service provider, building strong executive and cross-functional relationships.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and CUJO AI’s growth objectives.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across CUJO AI’s product portfolio.
Advocate for the use of CUJO AI’s data insights in marketing, customer care, product development, and network optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment.
Lead executive business reviews, presenting performance metrics, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations.
Maintain accurate account records, pipeline forecasts, and contract milestones.
Represent CUJO AI at industry events and customer workshops, positioning us as a strategic partner.
Requirements
Proven experience in strategic account management within the network service providers, mobile, cable, telco operators.
Proven track record of driving growth in complex accounts.
Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders on all levels.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable business value propositions.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and navigating matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with budget planning, financial forecasting and driving the P&L.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
