💰 ₱45,000 - ₱50,000 per month
About the role
- Build high-quality prospect lists through research and data enrichment
- Conduct research using tools like Apollo and Scaleist to build targeted prospect lists
- Identify construction sub-sectors aligned with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Validate contact information, ensuring accurate phone numbers and emails
- Identify 2–3 key decision-makers per company
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to secure qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Engage prospects with a professional, consultative approach
- Document all activities, calls, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Dedicate Fridays to lead research and prospecting
- Participate in twice-weekly check-ins with the CEO for alignment and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine targeting, messaging, and approach
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Strong research and data validation skills
- Experience using Apollo, Scaleist, and HubSpot (CRM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging senior executives (CXOs, VPs, Directors)
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Comfortable working U.S. hours and the specified PHT schedule
