About the role
- You will manage the customer interface for all Procelys sales activities with your assigned accounts, collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams to deeply understand the technical and operational needs of our customers.
- You will develop and present tailored solutions leveraging Procelys' innovative products and resources, communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of our business plan.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and customer service strategies.
- Your ability to build trust, solve complex problems, and drive results will be instrumental in expanding demand, improving growth, and extending our strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (microbiology, biochemistry, fermentation science, chemical engineering, food science, or similar) or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years of B2B technical sales experience
- Strong consultative sales skills in the areas of reporting, account and territory planning, prioritization, project management, time/task management, and conflict resolution
- The ability to develop a deep understanding of the Biotech market (food and feed bio-ingredients, biopharma, cultures, probiotics, bio-agriculture and renewable chemicals) and the relevant distribution channels
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within the Americas (internal meetings, customer visits, and conferences)
