About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring goals.
  • Partner with HR team members and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview guides and other supporting documentation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, career fairs, community partnerships, etc.).
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring team feedback, and facilitating offers for roles of varying job levels.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to maintain equitable, compliant, and consistent hiring practices.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurately and timely.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, including Glassdoor engagement, career site content, and participation in recruiting events.
  • Partner with HR team members on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience. Corporate experience is highly preferred.
  • SHRM or PHR certification is a plus!
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job levels.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of 503B regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and USP guidelines is a plus!
  • Proficient written, verbal and oral English communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools such as ADP is preferred.
