About the role
- Performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems
- Conducting on-site installation and testing of equipment
- Isolating equipment start-up malfunctions and taking corrective action
- Managing resources, maintaining schedules, and coordinating repair activities
- Accepting and updating work orders in CRM systems
Requirements
- Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical)
- Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Computer literacy; competency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communications skills
- Willingness to travel at short notice
- Must be able to pass an in-depth background check (TSA eQIP)
