Lead Generation

• ensuring that the team reaches their target, including doing calls if needed as well as monitoring individual performances on assigned shift
• supervising day-to-day activities of the team, setting weekly targets, and working with team members to eliminate speed and/or delivery blockers
• reviewing the quality of calls between our team and customers, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
• driving efforts to create the best possible customer experience while driving sales growth
• coaching team members and providing feedback as needed
• analyzing performance data and looking for ways to continually optimize and improve
• implementing continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring their results
• leading team events, including weekly planning and review, as well as ad hoc meetings
• working with the business to regularly update the company’s voice lead gen goals based on capacity as well as evolving business needs
• reporting on team progress, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
• participating in recruiting and relevant HR activities (performance review, giving performance callouts, and others)
