About the role
- Lead and oversee multiple QA projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Utilize basic automation tools to improve testing efficiency where applicable.
- Maintain and update existing automation scripts.
- Manage Jira workflows, including bug tracking and project tracking.
- Prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Generate and analyze Jira reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading multiple projects and managing teams.
- Strong manual testing skills.
- Basic understanding and experience with automation tools and practices.
- Proficient in using Jira for project and defect management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a QA Manager role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Fluent understanding of programming languages used in automation tools.
