Engineering Manager

• Lead the Internal Engineering team, overseeing DevOps, AI Platform, Data, and Security initiatives that power LearnLux’s global product ecosystem.
• Drive technical strategy for scalability, availability, observability, and security across environments and services.
• Guide the evolution of LearnLux’s cloud infrastructure (GCP & AWS) for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Own the data and platform architecture supporting analytics, AI training, and operational insights, ensuring secure, compliant, and reliable delivery.
• Maintain secure-by-default infrastructure practices and partner with compliance and product security to meet SOC 2 and other regulatory standards.
• Mentor engineers, lead incident response and postmortem processes, and build a culture of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement emerging tools and developer platforms that improve reliability, observability, and developer experience.
• Champion modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, reduce manual toil, and accelerate innovation.
