About the role
- Develop and refine standards for vetting, hiring, and onboarding new financial experts, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with LearnLux’s fiduciary values.
- Partner cross-functionally to forecast planner capacity needs and support scaling operations globally across new geographies and languages.
- Partner with internal teams to implement and optimize tools and workflows that streamline planner scheduling, communication, documentation, and compliance.
- Manage training and enablement programs in partnership with subject matter experts to ensure onboarding and ongoing education are accurate, engaging, and compliant with LearnLux’s standards for high-quality financial guidance.
- Manage contracts, payments, and invoicing workflows in collaboration with Finance and Legal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
- Oversee the QA process and partner with analytics teams to review performance data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that enhance planner quality and consistency.
- Track and interpret planner operations data in partnership with cross-functional teams to help demonstrate ROI for clients, connecting operational improvements to measurable member outcomes.
- Develop and document change management processes to roll out new policies, tools, and workflows smoothly across the planner network.
- Build programs that foster planner engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including professional development and feedback loops.
- Lead ongoing training and communication efforts to ensure planners remain supported, informed, and aligned with LearnLux’s mission and quality standards.
- Manage the offboarding process, maintaining compliance and knowledge transfer while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or workforce management, ideally within a distributed or network-based organization (e.g., professional services, health tech, edtech, or fintech).
- Proven ability to build and scale operational systems globally that support a credentialed or contractor-based workforce.
- Experience managing relationships involving contracts, payments, and compliance with external professionals.
- A bias for action with strong process and project management skills, with the ability to design, document, and optimize systems.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
- Driven by continuous improvement, operational clarity, and a passion for empowering those around you to do their best work.
- Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with program management tools, workforce analytics, or global scaling processes is a plus.
