About the role
- Develop analytics-based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights.
- Work with operations teams to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively.
- Analyze raw information through statistical analysis to discover trends/patterns that can be used for building data products to extract valuable business insights.
- Design, implement, and apply analytics techniques using analytical tools.
- Summarize key data-driven insights through data visualization reports for stakeholders.
- Structure and organize data for use in specific analytics (data cleansing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for data analytics and reporting.
- Develop and maintain data analytics best practices, standards, and processes.
Requirements
- BS degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in data analytics and insight-related experience
- Expertise in big data mining, modeling, and analysis
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
