About the role
- Ensures machinery, equipment, and facilities operate smoothly and efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing issues, and overseeing all maintenance activities
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, executing repairs, maintaining detailed maintenance records, and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and safety in industries like manufacturing, energy, and healthcare
Requirements
- Technical university degree
- Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and documentation
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Proficiency in English and French , spoken and written
