About the role

  • Primary focus on cold calling: You will carry out telephone outreach to potential customers and contacts previously contacted by email, using our CRM system.
  • You support customer acquisition and account management.
  • You assist in the development and implementation of our sales strategy.
  • Support in maintaining our CRM system.
  • You conduct various research tasks and discuss your findings with the founding team regarding the further development of the business model, our sales approach, and our product.
  • Possible involvement in creating whitepapers, videos, pitch decks and one-pagers.
  • Possible contribution to our blog on presentation management, teamwork, efficiency, and remote working.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a business or technical degree program.
  • Previous practical experience in sales, account management, or business development is desirable (both in terms of subject matter and with the software used).
  • Interest in presentations / presentation management / sales enablement.
  • Interest and enthusiasm for cold calling – previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive onboarding.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Good analytical and implementation skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as self-responsibility and flexibility.
  • Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
