About the role
- Primary focus on cold calling: You will carry out telephone outreach to potential customers and contacts previously contacted by email, using our CRM system.
- You support customer acquisition and account management.
- You assist in the development and implementation of our sales strategy.
- Support in maintaining our CRM system.
- You conduct various research tasks and discuss your findings with the founding team regarding the further development of the business model, our sales approach, and our product.
- Possible involvement in creating whitepapers, videos, pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Possible contribution to our blog on presentation management, teamwork, efficiency, and remote working.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a business or technical degree program.
- Previous practical experience in sales, account management, or business development is desirable (both in terms of subject matter and with the software used).
- Interest in presentations / presentation management / sales enablement.
- Interest and enthusiasm for cold calling – previous experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive onboarding.
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Good analytical and implementation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills as well as self-responsibility and flexibility.
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
