About the role

  • Oversee and optimize the existing AI feature pipeline through strategic improvements, bug resolution, and performance tuning.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new AI features adhering to best practices and documentation standards.
  • Provide technical leadership by establishing standards, mentoring team members, and conducting code reviews and pair programming sessions.
  • Guide the team through problem-solving discussions and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends in AI, ML, LLMs, and Computer Vision to inform development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value and actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in building and maintaining Machine Learning datasets.
  • Intermediate Python skills, particularly for AI and ML applications.
  • Experience working with LLMs, including RAG pipelines and LLM-based image processing.
  • Experience implementing advanced AI patterns such as RAG, Agentic workflows, Multi-Agent Architectures, MCPC Server integrations, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
  • Experience using automation tools like n8n to orchestrate workflows, integrate APIs, and streamline data or model operations within AI pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (currently in use), and familiarity with GCP.
  • Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience guiding teams and conducting collaborative development sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership—takes initiative, asks questions, performs research, and drives solutions forward with a positive attitude.
