About the role
- You manage the ad accounts of 10–15 of our clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
- You regularly analyze performance data and actively manage the campaigns.
- Based on the numbers, you write new video scripts and develop new creative ideas.
- You brief our designers on these concepts and maintain continuous communication with our video editors regarding editing and post-production of the videos.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing (focus on lead generation) with budget responsibility
- Full commitment and the motivation to develop professionally every day
- Strong self-reflection; you learn independently and quickly from your mistakes
- High affinity for social media — you recognize trends and know how to apply them cleverly in daily business
- Willingness to manage our clients' budgets as conscientiously as your own
- Strong analytical skills to draw strategic conclusions from numbers, data, and facts and implement them promptly
- Highly proficient with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
- Comfortable working with common software such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
- Flawless, excellent German written and spoken.
