About the role
- Greet and advise customers
- Process sales and handle transactions
- Perform daily tidying and organization of the store
- Receive, label, and shelve merchandise
- Highlight and present products
- Manage inventory and the stockroom; ensure restocking of items
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Manage the cash register using the POS system
- Contribute to sales and activity reporting
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Comfortable using computers
