About the role
- Supervise mechanical maintenance teams on sites (naval, commercial and leisure vessels).
- Manage the technical and financial follow-up of projects in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals in response to client requirements.
- Plan interventions: define action plans, schedules and workload planning.
- Oversee interventions, inspections, testing and repairs, ensuring compliance with standards and safety.
- Manage client relations: participate in technical meetings and monitor projects on site.
- Supervise subcontracting, procurement and spare parts management.
- Draft or approve technical reports and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in industrial or naval maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to supervise a team and to work safely.
