Develop annual and quarterly business plans for partner product enhancement activities that will drive processing volume
Develop strategies for marketing our ecosystem to our customers
Collaboration with indirect marketing channels such as member benefit programs and alliance partners
Interpret campaign results to organization, making adjustments as needed to maximize ROI
Work with the partnerships team to identify any sales enablement needs
Become an industry expert in the space to understand where target customers consume information
Accelerate the adoption of our APIs by helping on-board, retain, and grow our partner ecosystem by selling partners on our technology
Ensure partners are provided with an effective, positive partner experience and an environment where high quality integrations are rewarded
Produce tools educating both partners and Business Development on joint value propositions
Measure success and adjust programs to further improve and maximize results
Track performance of integration partners in order to know where to apply incentives for improvement
Own the content for the technology section of our website that is tailored to drive partner engagement
Understand the general workings of our product and our API in order to drive adoption of strategic features
Work with partners to ensure they understand the necessary program requirements and that their applications meet them.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in sales, partner sales, and/or marketing
Strong project management skills and experience using tools such as Salesforce
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with producing successful partner enablement content and programs
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with executives
Strong writing and editing skills, able to ideate and execute on collaborative content marketing projects
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, especially share services that don’t have direct reporting structure
Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with our partners, in order to best represent our product and programs to drive growth for both
Periodic travel to industry and partner events
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
This position is preferably based in Austin, Texas.
