About the role
- Lead complete B2B Voice AI implementation cycles: scope definition, project planning, client onboarding
- Design robust integration architectures connecting subsystems through APIs, webhooks, payloads, and third-party platforms like Make, Zapier, and proprietary systems
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for clients, solving complex problems, removing blockers, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to continuously improve implementation processes and client success playbooks
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience: backend, frontend, or full-stack
- Proven track record managing B2B software implementations, with strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, comfortable leading client calls, and presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and modern integration patterns
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and execute with minimal hand-holding
- Bonus: Account/Project Management Experience
