About the role
- Maintain and analyze prices, contract and invoicing conditions, as well as subsequently agreed discounts in SAP (SD module/Vistex)
- Ensure correct and timely implementation of price changes and discounts
- Prepare and analyze reliable and meaningful pricing and conditions reports
- Process retroactive customer rebates in close cooperation with Sales and Accounting
- Support month-end and year-end closings as well as ad-hoc requests
- Act as an active interface between Sales, Accounting and the Sales Back Office
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in Business Administration (BWL) or equivalent qualification
- Further training in controlling, finance and accounting is an advantage
- At least three years of professional experience in finance or pricing/conditions management
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
- Very good knowledge of SAP and Vistex or comparable tools, as well as MS Office
- Good written and spoken English and German
- Strong analytical skills
