About the role
- You communicate with our customers and handle their requests and questions (via chat, email and phone)
- You assist in creating process descriptions and guides
- You collect customer feedback and share it with other teams
- Based on customer feedback, you contribute ideas for further optimizing the customer journey
- Many other exciting and varied challenges that come with a fast-growing startup
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a student and will continue your studies for at least 2 more semesters
- You speak German at native level; a plus but not required: you can also communicate in English
- You are empathetic, have a positive presence and strong communication skills
- You have an affinity for pets (dogs and cats) and can empathize with our customers (pet owners)
- You work in a self-organized way and are an absolute team player
