About the role

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential event sponsors, partners, and participants through online research, databases, and social media.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage and qualify prospective attendees and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, partners, and stakeholders to promote event participation.
  • Maintain accurate outreach records and status updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
  • Event & Marketing Support: Assist in sponsorship campaigns for Landmark’s VIP dinners, conferences, and innovation summits.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach messaging, track campaign performance, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support event logistics such as invitation management, registration tracking, and attendee follow-ups.
  • Help coordinate event-day operations, including virtual event management and real-time attendee engagement.
  • Operations & Coordination: Support calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal team organization.
  • Prospect & Prepare outreach lists, reports, and post-event summaries.
  • Send email campaigns to support the Event Sales team.
  • Contribute to process improvements that streamline event recruitment and engagement workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or events operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong research and data management abilities; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus).
  • Knowledge and understanding of various AI platforms (ChatGPT, Apollo).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
