• You handle 1st-level inquiries from our partners and customers via Superchat and other channels.
• You maintain and update master data (e.g., opening hours, addresses, menus, platform settings) for our stores and partners.
• You ensure an excellent customer and partner experience and document recurring issues.
• You lead and coordinate our central operations student employees (shift planning, coaching, quality).
• You support Partner Care with new store launches and international expansion (onboarding communication, support setup).
