About the role
- Perform shaping and arranging of dough, proofing, optional egg-washing/glazing, baking of products, etc.
- Prepare a range of savory products (pizzas, sandwiches, salads, ...) and sweet products (viennoiserie, pastries, ...) according to available recipe sheets and communicated production forecasts
- Verify product characteristics and maintain traceability records
- Adhere to proper operating procedures for equipment
- Follow hygiene procedures and safety guidelines
