About the role
- Manage the cost and schedule requirements of a product line offering through all phases from proposal to distribution.
- Analyze and design technical product enhancements, integrating the work of R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and service functions.
- Provide strategic technical consultation to field personnel and customers during the early life cycle of new product offerings.
- Plan, prepare, and present product introduction strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in contributing to business growth by analyzing warfighter priorities and aligning technical investments
- A minimum of 6 years of experience with product management or comparable experience in lead roles demonstrating strategic growth skills, preferably on DoD weapons or safety-critical product development contracts
- Must be able to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
