About the role

  • Lead and direct experienced professionals, lower level supervisors, or associate managers.
  • Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to policies, practices, or approaches.
  • Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products.
  • Establishes short-term operational plans with measurable contribution to function or business area results.
  • Coordinate MS&A engineering efforts to integrate system performance and behaviors into operational analysis.
  • Support programs and pursuits by creating models, simulations, and analysis products.

Requirements

  • DoD TOP SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Software/Computer/Electrical/Aerospace/Software/Systems Engineering, Physics) and a minimum of 9+ years of prior related experience or, 7 years of prior related experience with a Graduate Degree.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Experience executing simulation in Gov/Industry MS&A analytic tools and frameworks: AFSIM, PIANO, STK/Astrogator
  • Experience integrating Gov/Industry simulations with MBSE tools: Cameo, ModelCenter, DOORS, Rhapsody
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Anaconda with Python, simulation code development in C++, C#, R, Python, MATLAB
  • Agile development methodology, version control and Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, TortoiseGit
