About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of programs for the NextGen Tactical Datalinks (Link 16)
- Responsible for the cost, schedule, resourcing, and performance of assigned programs
- Demonstrate team building, leadership, and communication skills
- Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion
- Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial (P&L) objectives
- Manage external relationships with the Government, Prime Contractors, and International customers
- Leads Program Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks
- Responsible for managing and driving key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
- 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
- Ability to travel up to 25%
