• Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned Operations client groups, providing strategic support and guidance in compensation, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, staffing, and engagement
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and matrixed HR counterparts
• Enforce human resources policies and NY State labor laws
• Construct and communicate narratives through data analytics
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees
• Support site or sector-specific projects as needed
• Ability to Obtain a US Security Clearance
