About the role
- Monitor external trials with clinical research partners, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Lead the development of test plans to substantiate cosmetic product claims.
- Analyze results obtained from research and studies.
- Lead discussions to develop new methodologies to demonstrate benefits of cosmetic products.
- Conduct clinical tests in the internal laboratory.
- Ensure performance studies are completed within established timelines.
- Produce detailed technical reports to support product launch decisions.
- Manage the budget for performance studies.
- Audit clinical research institutes to ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Collect cosmetovigilance data and report to the international team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field;
- Experience working with cosmetic products;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
- Advanced English is a plus!
