About the role
- Lead product development projects
- Monitor competitor activity and identify portfolio opportunities
- Track market trends and generate insights for campaigns
- Establish pricing for the product mix and monitor it versus the market
- Present strategic launch materials to key internal stakeholders
- Guide and align activations with partnership teams (define campaign calendar, pricing, main claims, and storytelling)
- Interface with Projects, Communications, PR, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Web, Demand Planning, Commercial/Sales, and Finance teams
- Liaise with agencies and partner artists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications: Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
- Experience in product development and creating new products
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Preferred experience in product innovation within the beauty/cosmetics segment
